Our team will:

• Install one extension on your Joomla website
• Configure basic settings related to the selected extension
• Verify proper operation
• Ensure compatibility with your Joomla version

To proceed with the installation, you must provide the necessary access credentials, such as Joomla Administrator / Super User access and, if required, server or hosting access.

Before any installation or configuration process begins, a full backup of the website and database must be available. The customer is responsible for ensuring that a recent backup exists.

Please note that in rare cases, compatibility issues may occur due to third-party extensions, custom templates, server configurations, or hosting environment limitations.

If the extension cannot be installed or function properly due to proven incompatibility with the existing website environment, a partial or full refund may be issued, depending on the stage of the installation process.

This service applies to one website and one extension installation only.
Custom development, advanced customization, or third-party extensions configuration are not included.
